1831 Collections Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping Details

  • Standard Shipping: We ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US.
  • Shipping Delays: 1831 Collections is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please track your package using the provided tracking number and contact USPS directly for any delivery issues.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final Sale: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased with a discount code.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at 1831collections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and processed, you will be issued a refund of store credit. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 1831collections@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once placed.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
